GENERAL BANQUET INFORMATION

AVAILABILITY
Our Banquet Room is available for use 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.on weekdays, and 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
 on weekends.  It may be used for anything from an all day business meeting to a wedding reception.  
Our banquet coordinator will be happy to help you plan your activity.  Please give us a call Monday
thru Friday to speak with our banquet coordinator

 CAPACITY
We can accommodate from 20 to 100 people for a cocktail party and from 20 to 65 people for a sit-down 
meal in our private banquet room.  We have a minimum purchase amount of  $250.00 during the day Monday
 thru Fridays  and a minimum of $500.00 Saturday and Sunday days.  We require a 72 hour notice as to the
 number of people in your party.  Our main dining room can accommodate up to 120 persons between the 
hours of 3 p.m.-5 p.m.

*The banquet room is not handicap accessible.  Full banquet options are available in our main dining room.

BOOKING

Our managers are always happy to show you our Banquet Room at any time.  However, may we suggest 
that you make an appointment to book your banquet so that we can give you the proper attention necessary 
to create your special occasion.
 

ROOM RENTALS

·        The Banquet Room rent is as follows: 

Ø      Monday through Friday days  $ 50.00
Ø      Saturday and Sunday days  $ 75 .00

Ø      Monday through Thursday evenings   

$100.00
Ø      Friday through Sunday evenings  $150.00
Ø      December Monday through Friday days  $  75.00
Ø      December Saturday and Sunday days  $100.00
Ø      December Monday through Thursday evenings $150.00

·        The room rent is required to reserve the room for 4 hours and is non-refundable..  We also require a
 $200.00 deposit January-November and a $500.00 deposit in December, which is credited to the final
payment. The deposit is non-refundable unless we receive a cancellation notice prior to 60 days
 before the event. Both the deposit and the room rental are due when confirming your reservation.  All food
 and beverage charges must be paid in full on the day of the event. The final bill may be paid for by cash,
 MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.

·        We can recommend other services such as cakes, pastries, photographers, videographers, florists, 
disc jockeys, karaoke jockeys, caricaturists, limousines, and hotel accommodations.

·        Our standard linen colors are white tablecloths and royal blue and green napkins.  Please ask our 
banquet coordinator about the other color selections available.

·        Person(s) renting Banquet Facility will be held responsible for any extraordinary damage to the 
banquet room or carpets.

All prices do not include California Sales Tax or 21% gratuity.
